Participants are responsible for making their hotel reservations and should make them in the attendee's name. A limited block of rooms is being held until March 25 or until the block is sold out. Cancellations made within (24) hours prior to arrival will be incur a penalty equal to one night's room & tax charges. The Hilton New York also has an early check-out penalty. If you require an ADA accessible hotel room we strongly encourage you make your hotel reservations early and communicate your needs to the hotel.
