The conference will be held at the Hilton New York, NYC. Registrants are responsible for making their hotel reservations, and reservations should be made in the attendee's name. Contact the hotel directly and be sure to identify yourself as an HR Week™/HR & EEO in the Federal Workplace™ Conference registrant. A limited block of rooms is being held until March 19 or until the block is sold out. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a penalty equal to one night's room + tax charges. The Hilton New York also has an early check-out penalty. If you require an ADA accessible hotel room we strongly encourage you to make your hotel reservations early and communicate your needs to the hotel. You may be required to sign an additional contract if more than 10 rooms are required. If you are exempt from lodging taxes, you must complete a Hotel Tax Exemption Form and present it upon check-in to avoid taxes being charged.
